Introducing…

Marvelous Emma!!

What a sweet week we had with Emma as our Marvelous Me!   We loved Emma's pictures and learned a lot about her and her family!  Emma lives with her mommy, daddy, and big brother!  Emma loves to play soccer and go to sporting events!  Her family is a bit divided rooting for TCU, Texas A&M, and UT!  Emma is a little chef and likes to cook spaghetti!  She went on a fun family trip to Disney World and got her picture taken with Pluto!  Emma is surrounded by grandparents and cousins who love her as well as her cat, Mo, and her dog, Rascal!

Emma's mom and dad both came to visit our classroom on Tuesday morning!  Emma's mom is a doctor, and her dad is a photographer.

Emma's dad showed us all different kinds of cameras…even one he made for us to play with in the science center and outside at recess.

Then he let each child take a picture with a Polaroid-type camera called a Fujifilm!  They each got the chance to be a photographer and a photo subject!  I hope you found those pictures in your child's folder Tuesday afternoon!

Emma was great photographer assistant!

We had to be patient as we watched the pictures develop in front of our eyes!

All the students were so careful and did a GREAT job taking pictures!

Sweet Emma made each classmate a paper camera!

She also brought us each 2 homemade camera cookies!!
