Marvelous Greenleigh

was our Marvelous Me this week!

Greenleigh's poster was filled with her favorite things!  We learned that Greenleigh loves to dance (like her mom), eat at Cane's, watch The Wizard of Oz, get pedicures, play with her cousins, spend time with her family, and much, much more!  We enjoyed learning more about Greenleigh and her 

sweet family!

Greenleigh's daddy is a Fire Fighter & Paramedic in Saginaw!  He came and talked to us about FIRE SAFETY!

2 important things he asked the children to do for "homework" was to talk to their families about...

1. making sure you check your smoke detecters 2 times a year.  A good time to do that is when the time changes in the spring and fall.

2.  discussing a meeting place in your front or back yard in the case of a fire at your home.  That way the fire fighters know that your family is all together and safe.

Mr. Pittman also took us outside and showed us all the gear he has to wear for his job!  Greenleigh is modeling his hat and oxygen mask for the class!

Thank you Mr. Pittman for spending part of your morning with us!  We enjoyed it and learned a lot!
