We visited the Science Lab today for an 

introductory lesson on magnets!

Mrs. Trawick taught us a lot and then we got to discover things on our own!

Please ask your child about "attracting" and "repelling".

Those are two of the new vocabulary words we learned!

Mavanee, Emilie, and Mitchell

Madyson, Marin, Chandler

Jacey, Kyle, and Luka

David and Jack discovered that their magnets "attracted" each other!

Mavanee has all sorts of items "attracted" to her magnet!

Marin made the nail magnetized by rubbing it on a magnet, and discovered it worked just like a magnet by attracting a paper clip!

I believe we have some future scientists among us!!
