MARVELOUS DAVID!! 

David brought in 2 posters to help us get to know him better!  He brought pictures of his family, his favorite animal, favorite color, and favorite foods!

David also told us something very unique about himself...he was born on the side of the Interstate in his car!!  What an adventure for his family!!

David's mom, Jennifer Smith, started her time with us teaching us that no matter what "colors" we receive in school, God will take them away from us and give us "blue" as long as we believe in HIM!  What a great message for the kids!  Mrs. Smith also talked to the children about her work to bring clean water to those in need in Africa.  I hope you received the literature about that.

David's dad, Mark Smith, brought a Harley Davidson motorcycle from their store here in Fort Worth.  We learned that Harley Davidsons have been around for 110 years!!  Each student had fun "revvvvvving" the motorcycle's engine!!
