Our Marvelous Chandler!!

We've had a lot of fun this week getting to Chandler and her family better!

Chandler's fun poster showed us that she loves her family, feathers, traveling, playing soccer, and supporting the TCU Horned Frogs!

Mr. Kunkel came to our classroom and told us all about his jobs!

He is a builder, owns rental homes, and owns several self-serve car washes in the Fort Worth/Arlington area.

In the picture above, the students sorted quarters from tokens from one of the Kunkels' car washes...It was a big job!  Each student was able to take home one of each for their hard work!  In the picture below, the students are 

washing, rinsing, and drying cars.  They enjoyed "working" hard! 

Thank you to the Kunkel family for spending your time with us and letting us get to know you better!  We had so much fun with your family!

We had two more Ice Cream Sundae Readers this week!  Great job Luke and Mavanee!
